Acknowledgement
All registrations will be acknowledged with an automated email response and link to your tax invoice. Please contact Workz4U Conference Management with any questions [email protected]. 

Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be in writing via email: [email protected]

At the Conference
Please register onsite at the Workz4U registration desk when you arrive at the venue. Our team will be happy to assist with any queries. 

On-Site Registration
If you have not registered online, you may register on-site.  Delegates who register on-site are not guaranteed meeting documentation or any inclusive social function tickets.

​Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations and amendments must be made in writing to the Conference Managers. Cancellations made by Monday 21 September 2026 will be refunded, less 15% cancellation fee. After this date, no refunds will be made. All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Refunds will only be made by the same method as payment was received.

Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (inclusive of GST). Registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. You will receive a tax invoice when you register.  

Credit Cards:
         AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Credit Card payments will appear
         as "Workz4U Conference Trust  Limited" on your statement.
     
Online Banking:
          If transferring funds from overseas please ensure that you transfer the full 
          amount including an international transaction fee of NZ$25.
