Accommodation is available at The Cordis Hotel.
Please ONLY book your accommodation via the online registration process when you register for the conference.
Note, you will NOT be contacted directly to arrange bookings and the hotel will not take bookings directly from the conference delegation.
You must enter a valid credit card to secure your booking during the registration process. This credit card WILL NOT be charged, it is simply to secure the room.
You will be required to pay the hotel directly when you depart. Delegates are responsible for covering all costs related to their accommodation.
Please book prior to the closing date of Monday 21 September 2026. Cancellation fees will apply after this time.

Terms & Conditions

Rates are quoted per room per night (single, twin or double occupancy) on the above specified room types. Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of 15% GST.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]
Please refer to each individual hotel's cancellation policy.
Most hotels require all cancellations to be made 30 days prior to arrival.
Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date will not incur any charges.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking.
Any No Shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking.

Arrival Time and Late Arrivals
Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check in time please book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.

To Secure Accommodation
To secure accommodation please book via the online registration process when you register for the conference. You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking, however this card will NOT be charged. Your account is to be settled directly with the hotel upon checkout. Any no-show fees will be charged to your credit card. Room Rates quoted are per room per night in $NZD and include 15% GST unless otherwise specified. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Change of Booking

Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share as part of the registration process. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
