Subhash works for two district health boards and he is currently the clinical director of ORL-Head and Neck Surgery in Counties Manukau District Health Board, Auckland. He has interest and experience in all aspects of ORL-Head and Neck Surgery with particular interests in head and neck /thyroid surgery. He is also clinical supervisor [TEAC] for advanced trainee of ORL-HNS program of RACS for 9 years in Whangarei.
 
His interests include clinical leadership, academic surgery, clinical surgical supervision and undergraduate/postgraduate teaching.
