Vestibular migraine is a very common presentation to primary care, emergency departments, and tertiary clinics. Sometimes it can be difficult to recognise and can be associated with a variety of related symptoms. We will discuss the different presentations, important features of the history and examination, and management including dietary and lifestyle factors, supplements, medications and adjuncts.
